Lisa and I had a great day for a run today. I ran a 2:15 and Lisa ran about 2:45. More importantlly there is a bar in town called Fat Patty's and a restaraunt called Hillbilly Hotdogs. These are my kind of people. I may never leave.

What a great run! We had fun. This is a very emotional finish. I placed a RED rose(and said a prayer) at the memorial fountain dedicated to all the people that lost their lives in the plane crash.
Entering the stadium was a rush. It was also very emotional so I decided to dedicate each 10 yards to someone:
first 10 for my dad(big football fan), 2nd 10 to  my sob sisters mom's(Edith & mugs),the next 20 to my long run buddy's Afox & escarGOT,next to Ron & Steph who keep us all running, next 30 to my brothers who still think I should have tried out for the Steelers years ago and the final 9 to all my MNRED friends who's company I enjoy on & off the road, Oh and that final yard, well in true Hawkeye fashion I fumbled the ball. I did manage to kick it into the end zone and get a finish

Great job you two!

Lisa, in true Hawkeye fashion, you might have fumbled, but you'd have picked it up to score and remain UNDEFEATED!!!

I'll let you know what you felt next time I see you escarGOT but it sure helped..

And Stenine for me to remain undefeated at a race would be a true fluke..speaking of true flukes....9-0
