Let me know what you think of having the Google calendar.  This was a suggestion from Jake and I know it makes my world of creating the calendars SO MUCH EASIER! 
If I make any changes to the calendar, it automatically updates the calendar on the message board.  So, if you print out the monthly calendar (which you can still do) just be sure to double check the calendar periodically for updates.

LOVE IT!
The old calendar was hard to open on my computer for some reason.

A feature you may be interested in is the ability to subscribe to this calendar from your personal calendar system on your computer (Outlook, iCal, etc). 

For outlook I found this guide (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/microsoft-office/view-your-google-calendar-in-outlook-2007/). If it doesn't work for you ask around the club, someone will figure it out. Mac folks can to "calendar -> subscribe" and paste in the calendar iCal path.
