It's that time of year again... Time to renew your MN RED membership. All online renewal info has been updated. Go to "Club Information" from our home page and conveniently renew online.
If you don't want to pay online you can mail a check to:

No pricing changes.
Membership. $30/individual, $45/family.
Coaching. $25/16 week program, $100/year.
