Training programs are now available for 2009. You may purchase them thru the Club Information page.

Here is how things are laid out this year.

2008 MN RED Personalized Training Options

Option 1
FULL YEAR (Jan-Dec) - $100

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
You will receive a detailed training program that will include:
Training programs that are broken into 6 week segments that will focus on different key components for each segment. I.E. Hills, tempo runs, intervals
- Suggested workouts for 7 days a week(including cross training or days off)
o Suggested mileage for each of those workouts
o Suggested paces for each of those workouts
- Suggested races to be run
- Suggested recovery after a key race.

Access to the coach via email, phone or in person for any questions or concerns you may have throughout the year.

Access to a “mentor” within your general training group throughout the year that understands the workouts and the reasoning behind each of the workouts and can answer your questions if the coach is unavailable.

WHAT THE COACH EXPECTS FROM YOU
- Commitment to the program.
- Register yourself on the MN RED page of RunningAhead.
- Fill in your log on RunningAhead regularly and have it set up so that the coach can view your workouts.
- Regular weekly emails following up with the coach on how you feel throughout the training and any questions you may have.



Option 2
16 WEEK general program - $25

You will receive a general program that will include:
- Suggested workouts for 7 days a week. I.E. hills, tempo, intervals, days off, cross training
- Suggested duration for each of those workouts
- Description of terms for each workout
       
You will also have access to the coach via email, phone or in person for any questions or concerns you may have throughout your program.
